JACKSON MOREHEAD
In 2009 Jesus became my king & savior. At this point what I thought was love & service shifted paradigms & my eyes began opening to what it would mean to be His "hand & feet." If I really wanted to love God I needed to love on my neighbors, & even more, reach out to the sick & those that do not know Jesus. If I wanted to take the greatest two commandments seriously & if I really wanted to love my neighbor well I needed God's help.
God called me to join a church & engage in local missions. Soon God helped me to share the Gospel within my neighborhood, at the bedside in the hospital in my work & with the young people not only in my church but within the city I lived. Since being uprooted & relocated to Denver God has placed me within a group of passionate young adults intent on following Jesus & He has called me to partake in my first international missions trip.
Perhaps the most exciting part of this trip is to spend time with so many people dear to me as we pray for God's will to be done through us, in us & in the Haitian community we will be pouring into. This will be an incredible chapter written in many of our lives & I pray it sings of His glory.
